If you’re not the CEO/ED (designee) or board chair/president, please forward this message to the leaders of those organizations. We also ask that you share this survey with your peers at other 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

This survey covers 10 areas of capacity. You will likely be able to complete it within 30 minutes. We respect your busy schedules and have kept the survey as brief as possible while still ensuring that we gather valuable and meaningful data. It may be helpful to have a copy of your most recent strategic plan and budget handy to help you with your responses. The Nonprofit Association of Oregon and funders will use the findings from this survey to develop strategies to meet your capacity needs.
