This Oregon BOLI website provides employers and workers with detailed informaiton on employer responsibilities and employee rights to have a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.

All employers are required by law to have a clear policy to reduce and prevent harassment, discrimination, and sexual assault – through the Workplace Fairness Act. Employers can find a template policy here (already updated for SB 1586 (2022)) as well as a template in Spanish).
