Unless specifically required from the granting or contracting department in the agreement, there is NO audit required by law for a nonprofit in the State of Oregon. Statute and Description: Or. Rev. Stat. § 65.787

Federal funding that exceeds $750,000 requires an audit and some private foundations may require or expect a nonprofit grantee to conduct an independent audit.
