The BB4C framework equips organizations with the insights to understand their culture and build more aligned teams. Organizations receive access to an anonymized digital survey, custom reports, and robust resources to accelerate their development and more effectively meet the needs of the communities they serve.
The BB4C assessment is offered on a sliding scale based on the size of your organization’s annual budget. Custom reports vary based on size and diversity of organizational staff.
