In October 2022, NAO celebrated a new partnership with Pacific University to launch a fully virtual Master of Nonprofit Leadership Program aimed at growing the nonprofit industry’s leadership capacity. Through Pacific University, students can earn a master’s degree that prepares them to make a positive impact in just 13 months.
Since then, NAO and Pacific University have made new developments in their partnership, which combines the strengths and resources of both organizations to provide unparalleled opportunities for aspiring nonprofit leaders.

- Exclusive Workshops and Webinars: Our partnership will bring a series of exclusive workshops and webinars led by industry experts, focusing on the latest trends and best practices in nonprofit leadership.
- Scholarship Opportunities: Through this partnership, we are offering a limited number of scholarships for NAO members enrolling in Pacific University’s online Master of Nonprofit Leadership Program. This initiative aims to make high-quality education more accessible to passionate individuals dedicated to making a difference.
- Credit for Prior Experiential Learning: Stay tuned for upcoming announcements about the opportunity to take part in specific training opportunities through NAO, which will result in credit for prior learning with the Master of Nonprofit Leadership Program at Pacific University.
