There are more than 10,000 active charitable nonprofits in Oregon. For any given nonprofit, this large number poses both a challenge and an opportunity: a challenge to be heard and supported, and an opportunity to find partners that enlarge each partners’ impact. Going at it entirely alone as an organization is becoming increasingly unsustainable as funding sources grow less reliable and needs rise.

In this seminar, you will learn the hallmarks and benefits of durable collaborations — long-lived approaches that enable groups to leverage their combined efforts without sacrificing valuable individual character — and how to find and develop partnerships and experience greater collective capacity.
