Who Should Participate?
This workshop is open to all members of the Territorial Heartland communities who are inspired to work together collaboratively. The workshop is beneficial to Board, staff, and volunteer leaders of nonprofit and community organizations, as well as business, local government, agency, and district leaders looking to work more effectively with their community.

Community and organization leaders! Please join us to connect and share about important work happening in your region! This interactive and fun workshop is designed to enhance the capacity of rural community leaders and organizations to leverage the power of working together. You will:
* Learn the continuum of collaboration and key elements for launching and sustaining collaborative efforts
* Gain practical skills and tools to help advance your collaborative efforts
* Network and connect with fellow community members around collaboration
* Explore capacities in your community that support collaboration
Offered FREE thanks to the generous commitment of the Ford Institute for Community Building. The workshop is rich with practical information and opportunities for networking and peer learning.
