About this event
This follow-up workshop will build on the Race & Mediation Actionshop, Part I, but it is open to anyone with formal training or experience in mediation. Together, we will:
• Deepen self-awareness around the strategies / philosophies each of us currently uses around race and mediation
• Gain new perspectives on these and other approaches
• Explore the possible benefits and consequences of various interventions
• Brainstorm ways to take our interventions one step further
Prepare to be both interactive and analytical. Unlike many of our other workshops, this agenda does not include specific tools or practicing with role-plays. However, the workshop will be chock-a-block full of opportunities to move around and to dialogue in small and large groups.
Prerequisite: Basic mediation training of at least 32 hours.
