In addition to difficult economic decisions, people are now working in an exhausted, worried, and changing workforce. This session is designed to help employers and employees better understand and manage stress and burnout in the workplace.
About the Presenter
Lisa Goren is a leadership consultant and coach, specializing in creating strategies for engaging people in change. She is passionate about helping leaders in healthcare, education and other nonprofit sectors lead amidst industry and organizational transformation. Lisa draws from 15+ years of experience in professional communication to help leaders and teams increase engagement, manage change, plan strategically and communicate effectively. She is a frequent conference presenter and is on faculty at Pacific University and at the Foundation for Medical Excellence. She has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree from Portland State University.
