Are you a nonprofit leader wanting to better communicate success or risks to your staff and board through key financial metrics? Join us for an interactive session on financial governance in support of the mission to explore the following key nonprofit financial reporting objectives:

  • Communicate the ways resources have been used to meet the organization’s objectives and external requirements
  • Identify an organization’s principal programs and costs
  • Disclose the degree of control exercised by donors and funding sources over use of resources
