Workshop Preparation
Bring along any tools you currently use for fundraising planning or for reporting on fundraising progress to your board. This may include a list of top 10 items you are raising money for and how much is needed for each, a list of donor constituencies and prospects, giving history or gift rating for top 20 donors, a donor moves management tool, a calendar of fundraising activities (events, mailings, grant proposals, etc.), a budget that shows income and expenses for your fundraising program for the past three years, staff and volunteer org charts, fundraising dashboard, etc.
About the Presenters
Dedee Wilner-Nugent, CFRE, Senior Consultant, is a seasoned campaign consultant and major gift fundraising advisor with a strong belief in the power of nonprofit organizations and leaders to affect positive change. She provides counsel to clients across Oregon in a variety of sectors including the environment, education, and human services. Holding a BA from Smith College, she currently serves as VP of Membership and President-Elect of AFP Oregon & SW Washington.
Natalie Lamberjack, CFRE, Senior Consultant, is a committed consultant and nonprofit advocate known for the strategic guidance and intensive research she brings to each project. Her particular expertise includes case development and writing, project management, major gifts program development, and development program assessments. Ms. Lamberjack holds an MPA with an emphasis on nonprofit management from the University of Washington and currently serves on the AFP Washington Education and Professional Development committee.
