Are you satisfied with your fundraising plan? If you’re on a non-profit board, you need more than a “strategy of hope”. You need a solid fundraising strategy that will do more than just meet the budget next year. You need a long term strategy for financial sustainability so that you can accomplish your mission and vision. You need a fundraising strategy that inspires participation and elevates giving.
Drawn from more than 30 years of marketing and fundraising experience, this session will give you a solid framework for a successful fundraising plan that both the board and staff can act upon to achieve greater fundraising success. We’ll discuss:
- The five timeless, universal, laws of donor development – a fundamental starting place for any sound fundraising plan.
- What should the board expect of the staff, CEO and of itself in the fundraising effort?
- Aspiration, not exasperation -- How to close the budget gap between your dreams and reality.
