In this session, we’ll explore how to build the evaluation capacity of your nonprofit in order to promote organizational learning. This session will offer a framework and resources for thinking about how to develop an evaluation strategy that informs multiple aspects of nonprofit management.

We will explore how to utilize evaluation in various activities, such as program design, implementation and management, strategic planning, outreach, fundraising, and communications. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect both individually and in small groups about implications for their own organization.

The session will cover the following topics:

  • Identifying key stakeholders and engaging them in evaluation processes
