The Nonprofit Association of Oregon is excited to bring Jan Glick to Portland to give a workshop on recognizing organizational problems, determining whether turnaround is needed, and reviewing strategies for successful turnaround.

This half-day workshop is designed for executive directors and board members interested in learning more about turnaround strategies that work from an experienced and knowledgeable nonprofit practitioner. This workshop is for you whether you are working directly within or with a struggling nonprofit, or simply want to understand the impact of tough choices within a nonprofit organization.

The workshop will focus on:

  • Organizational diagnosis and recognizing crisis symptoms
  • Orientation to transition and the turnaround process
  • Strategies for successful turnaround

About the Presenter

Jan Glick is the founder and principal of Jan Glick & Associates. He has played a pivotal role in transforming the organizational performance of more than 100 nonprofits and government agencies. He leads a nationally recognized consulting firm that helps clients successfully manage organizational change. He is the author of the critically acclaimed book Nonprofit Turnaround: A Guide for Non-Profit Leaders, Consultants, and Funders.
