- Policy differences between larger and smaller organizations
- Policy components and how to approach drafting effective financial policies
- Identification of essential financial policies
- Red flags that shouldn’t be ignored
- Personal liability issues associated with an organization’s finances
- What to do if you suspect and/or discover irregularities in your organization’s financial records
- Having an opportunity to ask questions
Our presentation will also include templates and the hands-on drafting of several key financial policies. This will allow you to experience the process of analyzing and preparing a policy document for:
- An Internal Control Policy

By attending this important training, you will be able to guide your nonprofit organization’s development and updating of financial policies.
