Election of Board of Directors
As part of our new direction, we have revised our bylaws to reflect that we are now a membership organization. The new bylaws state that a majority of our Board of Directors shall be designated representatives from member organizations. In May, we asked member organizations for Board nominations, and we are working to build a slate that is both representative of our membership and of Oregon's diverse nonprofit community. The slate will be presented to member organizations for a vote, and the newly elected Board members will be announced at the meeting. More information about the voting process will be available soon.Keynote Speaker
