About Home Runs for Homeless Youth:
The annual Home Run for Homeless Youth kickball tournament was created by the Leadership Beaverton class of 2012. Sixteen teams of ten to twelve members each compete in this double-elimination kickball tournament. The 2013
tournament raised $14,000 which enabled HomePlate Youth Services to expand street outreach services and to pilot a job-readiness program for youth.
