Are you spending lots of time and dollars developing fancy newsletters, snazzy websites, and imaginative marketing packets and still not getting the results you want in terms of donors, volunteers, and clients? Do you find that more people want to spend $10 on a Zhu Zhu Pet® than support your organization? What’s wrong with this picture, and what do those corporate media and public relations professionals know that we don’t?
