Columbia Group Sierra Club 3rd Thursday Potluck & Program. Learn about the Portland Water Bureau Ballot Initiative. Ted Labbe of the Portland-based non profit Depave will speak on reasons to oppose the May Portland ballot initiative to turn control of the Portland Water Bureau over to a new governmental entity.
