Last summer we gathered with a group of likeminded coaches, consultants, and facilitators to explore what social impact organizations need at this moment in time. We asked each other, "What is the most important work we should be doing right now?"
From each of us came different answers that included:
- remaining mindful in times of chaos
- right-sized project management to meet our goalsreckoning with power and privilege - and choosing solidarity
- gathering people effectively to do their best work
- strengthening leadership and teams
- putting the culture we want into practice
- helping people trust themselves and their inner wisdom
At this moment in time, our community - including companies and non-profits - needs ALL of these things. We decided to do something about that at an accessible price.
In mid-January we are introducing the Catalysis Community Series with 8 one-hour workshops with 8 different amazing practitioners for a sliding scale of $15 - $25 each. You can sign up for one or multiples - whatever speaks to you.
The presenters are handpicked and each have something unique to offer. We expect these to fill up fast, so don't hesitate if you see something that speaks to you. Feel free to share to your networks if you know of person or an organization that could benefit.
