Built to Last: Reinforcing our Values in Times of Uncertainty

Virtual
  • Member Price: $40.00
  • Non-member Price: $60.00

About this event

In times of tribulation, the mere survival of our programs or organizations isn’t enough – our work must adapt and strengthen in a way that ensures the values that define us endure. This session introduces the concept of compound capacity: the practice of building long-term equity and resilience through small, well-placed actions whose impacts accumulate over time. Together, we’ll strategize and sketch blueprints for collective sustainability, exploring how intentional reinforcements in relationships, resources, and routines can pay cultural dividends over time. Participants will leave with practical strategies for fortifying what matters most and building structures that can withstand whatever comes next.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand Compound Capacity – Learn how small, consistent actions create exponential gains in organizational equity and resilience.
  • Map Strengths and Gaps – Identify current assets, vulnerabilities, and areas where reinforcements will have the greatest long-term impact.
  • Apply the Blueprint Approach – Practice translating big-picture equity goals into practical, incremental steps toward your long-term vision.

Cost

$40 for NAO Members
$60 for Nonmembers
