About this event

This session has been canceled.

Nonprofit leaders are being asked to show up in increasingly complex and divided times. This session is a chance to step back together and ask some bigger questions: What does solidarity really mean when we don’t all agree? How do we keep a shared vision alive when circumstances keep changing? What would it look like to organize from a place of strength instead of constantly reacting?

We’ll talk honestly about what it takes to support leaders who are carrying trauma without silencing the hard truths they bring. We’ll also look at lessons from past alliances that managed to hold differences and still move forward together.

This won’t be a lecture; it’s an invitation to think, share, and learn with other nonprofit leaders who care deeply about building something stronger and more connected for the long run.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  1. Name the Shifts: Identify and articulate the key changes affecting their organizations, communities, and leadership roles.
  2. Discern What Holds: Clarify the values, relationships, and practices that stay strong and reliable during times of instability.
  3. Recognize What’s Breaking: Highlight historic faults and systemic fractures that require attention, repair, or transformation.
  4. Envision What’s Next: Explore and co-create actionable ideas for developing adaptive, more grounded practices in response to ongoing change.
  5. Strengthen Peer Connections: Build trust and solidarity with fellow leaders facing similar challenges, fostering opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
