Nonprofit leaders are being asked to show up in increasingly complex and divided times. This session is a chance to step back together and ask some bigger questions: What does solidarity really mean when we don’t all agree? How do we keep a shared vision alive when circumstances keep changing? What would it look like to organize from a place of strength instead of constantly reacting?
We’ll talk honestly about what it takes to support leaders who are carrying trauma without silencing the hard truths they bring. We’ll also look at lessons from past alliances that managed to hold differences and still move forward together.
This won’t be a lecture; it’s an invitation to think, share, and learn with other nonprofit leaders who care deeply about building something stronger and more connected for the long run.
