United Way of Lane County 3171 Gateway Loop
Springfield
  • Member Price: $40.00

About this event

Research shows that 45% of nonprofit leaders experience burnout symptoms, with many organizations trapped in reactive “crisis mode” that undermines long-term sustainability. In the midst of strong external pressures and emerging obstacles, it is more important than ever that nonprofits are able to stabilize and endure. This interactive session combines doctoral-level research with practical strategies to help nonprofits transition from constant firefighting to proactive, sustainable operations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify institutional factors that perpetuate crisis mode in their organizations
  • Learn evidence-based strategies for creating sustainable operational rhythms
  • Develop personal leadership practices that model calm, strategic thinking
  • Create action plans for implementing cultural shifts within their organizations
  • Access tools for measuring progress toward sustainable practices

Cost

$40 NAO Members
$60 for Nonmembers

This event is Network Pass eligible.
