Amanda Dellinger is the Community Relations Director at SquareOne Villages, a non-profit cooperative housing developer formed in 2012 to create a non-congregant shelter option for folks who are unhoused and began developing permanent affordable housing in 2015.  Amanda leads fundraising, event production, and PR for the organization. They have a deep commitment to serving vulnerably housed communities. Amanda has worked to provide opportunities to these populations since 2015 in healthcare, social services, shelter, and affordable housing.

Matt Springer is the Executive Director of Friends of the Children in Lane County, where his career in social services began 25 years ago. Matt holds a Master's in Public Policy and Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon and previously worked for many of Lane County’s nonprofit organizations including stints at Northwest Youth Corps and Looking Glass. Fueled by a strong commitment to social justice and systems reform, Matt championed sweeping changes in the higher education system in Montana prior to returning to Lane County in 2017. Matt and his wife, their twin children, and two dogs, Beans and Hank, live in Eugene where an affinity for Sweet Life's cinnamon rolls presents a persistent distraction.

Jess Ubel is the Director of Development at the Springfield Ronald McDonald house. She loves that everyday her job looks different! From cultivating new donors, stewarding corporate partners, and writing grants to event planning, she loves supporting the kids and families in her community. Last year, she raised over $1 million for her organization. Jess also serves on the Steering Committee for Leadership Eugene-Springfield and is on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Track Club. She is married with 3 kids and loves being outdoors: paddling boarding, hiking, running, and enjoying wine with friends!
