Hannah has had the honor of working with Jackson Street Youth Services for over 12 years. When she started, Jackson Street had just 15 employees and one owned site. Today, the organization owns five sites, rents two others, and has grown to a team of 60. Hannah has weathered lean and stressful seasons, and she’s witnessed incredible generosity spark meaningful change for hundreds of young people in the region. Originally from Virginia, Hannah completed her undergrad in Kansas and Indiana, with a gap year spent living in Mexico. She followed friends to Corvallis in 2005, where she did exactly what she swore she wouldn’t: met a boy and stayed. She now lives in Philomath with said boy, a joyful toddler-tornado named Clara, and a wild mini-Aussie named Traveler.

Emily James believes it is our responsibility to build the communities we want to live in. She brings a passion for development with over 13 years in nonprofit fundraising and 20 years of experience in animal sheltering and welfare. As Resource Development Director at Heartland Humane Shelter & Care, she leads donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach to support the organization’s lifesaving work. A proud Oregon State University alum, Emily is deeply committed to collaboration and partnership with fellow nonprofit leaders and fundraisers to strengthen the broader community and advance shared mission goals across sectors.

Lindsey Stallard is the Development Coordinator at Corvallis Housing First, where she oversees fundraising, donor relations, volunteer coordination, and community engagement. She also manages the capital campaign for Third Street Commons, CHF’s supportive housing project. Since joining the organization in 2022, Lindsey has worked to strengthen connections between the community and CHF’s mission to address homelessness in Corvallis. Drawing on her background in history and anthropology from Oregon State University, she uses person-centered, trauma-informed storytelling to challenge stigma and common narratives around individuals who have experienced homelessness. An active member of the community, Lindsey is the Human Services Day Lead for Leadership Corvallis, and is also a volunteer mediator with Neighbor-to-Neighbor Dispute Resolution Center. She enjoys hiking, reading, capoeira, and learning to play Irish fiddle tunes.
