Participants will learn strategies for equitably supporting employees’ professional development, identifying and addressing bias in mentorship relationships, and creating pathways for all employees to grow and thrive.
Through discussion, case studies, and skill-building exercises, attendees will leave with actionable steps to implement inclusive coaching and mentorship practices within their teams.
