Myriam Khoury is a nonprofit executive and organizational change expert dedicated to helping social impact leaders and their teams achieve ambitious goals. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she has overseen global program and investment portfolios of up to $50 million, led diverse teams of 50+ experts, and driven major organizational shifts. She has expanded revenue, diversified funding streams, and led teams in designing and implementing innovative, evidence-based approaches—all while navigating rapidly evolving operating environments. Currently leading business and partnership development at FHI 360, Myriam previously guided nonprofits and social enterprises in the US and worldwide as an independent consultant. Before that, as a member of Mercy Corps’ Executive Leadership Team, she helped double the number of people reached, expand global partnerships, and grow annual revenue by 25% to $565 million—all while steering the organization through disruptions like COVID-19. As Vice President of Innovation at Mercy Corps, she led investments in undercapitalized social enterprises, scaling impact by 9X. She also oversaw an early-stage impact investing fund as the portfolio grew from 100,000 to over 10 million people reached, while ensuring it better served a wider range of customers. Myriam began her career working hand-in-hand with local governments, communities, and businesses in the Balkans and Caucasus for a decade, focusing on strategy, program design, and implementation. A graduate of Brown University, she has taught storytelling and impact measurement at Portland State University’s School of Business and co-founded an early-stage startup.

Anna is an experienced facilitator, executive coach and trainer. After 20+ years in the non profit humanitarian world, most recently serving as Vice President for Strategy and Learning in a large INGO, she left to set up her own practice, supporting purpose-driven organizations and leaders to become the best versions of themselves. Over the past five years she has worked with over twenty organizations of all sizes, to develop and implement inspirational and actionable strategies. Anna has decades of experience facilitating teams in strategic planning, team building, discovery workshops, as well as in organizing and leading team events that unlock new insights and build new connections and relationships. She has worked all over the world, is committed to and skilled in allowing teams and individuals to tap into their own knowledge and wisdom and then reflecting truths that allow problems and opportunities to be seen from a new angle. She has worked with teams ranging in size from 5 to over 100 supporting budgets ranging in size tens of thousands to millions. Originally from the UK, Anna has lived, worked and learned within many communities around the world including the Balkans, Indonesia, and South and Central Asia including Myanmar, Afghanistan and Indonesia. For the past two decades she has found her home in Portland in the Pacific Northwest of the United States where she lives with her two children, husband and rabbit. She holds an Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation. She has a Master’s Degree from Oxford University and a Postgraduate Teaching Certificate from Leeds University. More recently she co-taught a course in Story-telling and Impact Measurement at the Business School at Portland State University.
