Grady Goodall serves as Senior Director of Development for the Division of Arts and Sciences at the OSU Foundation. In addition to his work in fundraising, Grady is an attorney who has worked exclusively in the Oregon education and nonprofit sectors. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Oregon Nonprofit Organizations Law Section and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Nonprofit Stewardship, the Lane Arts Council Board of Directors, and the Eastern Oregon Regional Arts Council. He is a frequent presenter on philanthropy and nonprofit management topics.

Sarah Peters launched her own law firm, Clear Compass Legal, LLC, in 2024 as the culmination of her decades of experience working with and in the nonprofit sector. She has served in paid roles that range from volunteer coordinator, lawyer, supervisor, and Executive Director and volunteer positions of Board President, Board Secretary and countless hours being the boots on the ground planning and staffing events and serving on committees. With Clear Compass Legal she seeks to support the nonprofit community through not only providing strategic legal advice in response to ongoing challenges, but also to work with clients to provide a proactive review of policies and practices, with recommendations to stay ahead of potential legal liabilities.

Dawn is an experienced attorney, advocate, fundraiser, and community leader. As an Attorney, she has over a decade of experience advocating for and on behalf of Tribes, Tribal organizations, Indigenous communities, Alaska Native organizations, municipal governments and non-profits. This includes: Assistant Borough Attorney, in Utqiagvik, AK, for the North Slope Borough; Of Counsel at Hobbs Straus Dean and Walker, LLP; Attorney/Consultant/Owner at Winalski Law LLC; Attorney-Advisor, U.S. Department of Interior Solicitor’s Office; Judicial Clerk, Multnomah County Circuit Court. She tackled novel issues of environmental law, human rights, food security, Indigenous sovereignty, elections and more. She wrote letters on federal agency actions, handled large projects, reviewed contracts, wrote internal policies and joined in litigation. Dawn's educational background includes a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Rhode Island.
