We often know when something isn't working in the operations side of our organizations, but we don't always know how to identify where the problem lies or how to fix it. In this workshop, attendees will learn five steps to identifying problem operations areas, diagnosing the cause, and implementing solutions while engaging stakeholders in the process to ensure true change. Attendees will leave with a step-by-step guide to implement this process in their own organizations as well as have the opportunity to brainstorm and ask questions.
