The Nonprofit Financial Leadership Academy is a 7-week course that explores the elements of financial leadership, nonprofit finance models, nonprofit accounting terms and financial reports, equitable budget planning processes, advanced budgeting strategies, funding streams, nonprofit risk management, and how to tell your nonprofit’s financial story.
