The Curry County Nonprofit Resource Roundup is an opportunity for nonprofit staff, board, and volunteers to meet funders, learn about valuable tools and resources for Oregon nonprofits, and connect with other community members.

Work Session: Essential Nonprofit Management

In the afternoon session, nonprofit leaders will gain essential management skills to drive organizational success. Participants will learn practical strategies in governance, financial management, and fundraising, while also exploring ways to strengthen their organization’s culture. The session offers actionable insights to help leaders navigate challenges effectively and with confidence. By the end, attendees will be better equipped with tools to enhance their nonprofit’s impact and sustainability.
