Oregon is complicated when it comes to employee leave laws. If you have at least 25 or more employees in Oregon and have little experience administering family and medical leave or if you are unfamiliar with the recent leave changes, this class is for you. We will discuss Paid Leave Oregon, Oregon’s Family Leave Act (OFLA), and the Federal Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to ensure are able to comply with these complicated laws.
