About this event

Nonprofit work is widely considered rewarding, but it’s no secret that the demands of our jobs can be overwhelming. Long hours, high expectations, uncertain and increasingly volatile external pressures, and the emotional weight of the causes we serve can leave staff feeling drained. These factors put both individual well-being and the health of the organization at risk. So, how can we sustain ourselves, our teams, and the critical work we do?

In this session, nonprofit staff and board members will hear from a panel of seasoned nonprofit leaders about how to build a culture that prioritizes staff wellness. Our panelists will share their firsthand experiences and offer practical strategies for fostering a supportive and healthy work environment. Attendees will have the chance to engage in discussions, ask questions, and gain insights into effective wellness practices. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with actionable steps to enhance staff well-being within their own organizations.

Panelists:

Cost

$45 NAO Members
$75 for Nonmembers
