About this event

The truth is, your team can’t keep carrying the weight of the world on caffeine and good intentions alone. Right now, nonprofits and their staff and volunteers are being asked to do more with less while standing in the middle of significant political uncertainty. Between funding cuts, increased need for services, DEI rollbacks, and sometimes immediate programmatic shifts, the demands on our staff are growing. So, how do we keep our teams supported and thriving when the world seems set on making this work even harder? We’ll explore a sustainable approach to integrating wellness into your organization, even in times of crisis.

In this session, we’re getting real about what’s eroding your team’s well-being, why surface-level wellness initiatives don’t cut it, and how to actually create a workplace that sustains the people in them. Through honest conversation, practical strategies, and maybe a few exasperated sighs, we’ll dig into how to keep your nonprofit (and your people) standing strong—even when everything around us feels like it’s falling apart.

Cost

$75 for Nonmembers
