Good Ground: A Natural Way to Normalize Wellness in Work Culture

About this event

Nonprofits are dedicated to making the world a better place. However, we also have a duty—and ideally, a desire—to ensure that the people doing the work feel supported, successful, and valued. How can we donor the wellness of our team members while still achieving our mission?

Work culture, though sometimes hard to articulate, is felt by everyone inside (and often outside) the organization. It is like the soil in a garden—when it’s healthy, it provides the foundation for strong roots that allow both individuals and the organization to grow, bloom, and generate an abundance. Without healthy soil, every living thing is likely to stagnate, or even suffer. This workshop aims to guide you in cultivating a healthy organizational culture amidst the nonprofit realities of limited resources, complex challenges, and near-constant change.

Join us to explore an organic approach to normalizing wellness within your organization, fostering a resilient and thriving work culture. Participants will gain actionable insights and techniques to understand and improve team well-being and stability. Through both independent reflection and interactive group discussions, you’ll learn how to cultivate the ‘good ground’ necessary for organizational wellness, not just as an aspiration but as a lived reality.
