So, what does "good planning" look like in your nonprofit, and in what ways could you improve? This session will explore those questions, working to ensure that your planning processes have the right balance of efficiency and effectiveness - and that they truly strengthen your nonprofit and its mission.

Who Should Attend: Executive directors, board chairs, finance/operations staff, and others responsible for organizational planning.

Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and hands-on activities, you’ll learn about: 

• Driving success with strategic, operational, and business plans. 
• Actionable contingency and scenario plans that ensure mission alignment. 
• Clear governance and succession plans that engage staff and key stakeholders.
