So, what does “good planning” look like in your nonprofit, and in what ways could you improve? This session will explore those questions, working to ensure that your planning processes have the right balance of efficiency and effectiveness – and that they truly strengthen your nonprofit and its mission.
Who Should Attend: Executive directors, board chairs, finance/operations staff, and others responsible for organizational planning.

Participants will earn 1.8 CPE credits. To be awarded the full credit hours, you must be present, record your arrival and departure times on the attendance sheet at the registration desk, and participate in the engagement activity.
Refunds (minus a 25% handling charge) are available up to two business days prior to the training. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded, but you may transfer your registration to another person who can attend. The Nonprofit Association of Oregon is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
