About this event

Recent executive orders have left many nonprofit leaders feeling fearful, disoriented, and uncertain of what will come next. How can we manage new threats while continuing our mission-driven work? Whether you’re grappling with financial instability or fighting to protect your DEI initiatives, one thing is certain—building a strong community with other leaders isn’t just helpful, it’s essential for survival in chaotic times.

In this discussion-based session, we will learn from each other about what it means to be a leader in today’s environment. We invite all attendees to share leadership successes, challenges, and how they manage individual and organizational wellness. To conclude the session, everyone will develop three personalized strategic leadership goals (short-, middle-, and long-term) to work toward. You will leave this workshop with actionable steps and shared knowledge of how leaders in your community are forging paths forward.

This session is ideal for executive directors, senior- and mid-level staff, team leaders, and board members. Together we will commit to confidentiality regarding the information and experiences shared.

Cost

$45 for NAO Members
$75 for Nonmembers
This event is Network Pass eligible.
