Does your workplace sometimes feel awash in complaints? And do the responses to those complaints often not seem to fix the problem?

Complaints: 

  • Can feel like burdens and shut us down,
  • Usually do not provide enough information to allow us to figure out what actions are going to effectively address the problem,
  • Often fuel conflict, and
  • Get in the way of the creative collaboration we want.

Whether you are a person who leads teams or are “just” a team member, if you want to create a workplace culture that nurtures collaboration, this highly interactive workshop will help. You will learn and practice simple, effective ways to: 

  • Identify the specific requests underneath complaints and
  • Help your organization, team, or work relationship move from a dynamic of complaints to a dynamic of creative collaboration. 

Participants will be provided with worksheets to use and share with members of their team(s).

This training will be recorded and shared with all registered participants.
