This presentation will cover common legal issues and questions for nonprofits in Oregon. Topics to be discussed include leave laws, the intersection of leave laws and the ADA, workplace violence and safety policies, employee complaint investigations handling, employee discipline and terminations, and mergers and closures of nonprofits. Nonprofit leaders, board members, and HR professionals should attend this session.
