In this session, we will discuss how nonprofits can stay informed and responsive to external influences to ensure that their organizational strategies align with the evolving societal context. We will explore the importance of linking with local advocacy and justice movements to amplify impact and drive meaningful change. Participants will gain insights into navigating the never-ending cycle of striving for change, especially during times when resources such as funding and momentum are limited. We will provide practical strategies for nonprofits to leverage their community influence, maintain resilience, and continue their mission-driven work.

Key topics will include staying updated on societal trends, building strong relationships with local advocacy groups, and developing adaptive strategies that can weather external pressures.
