Invite your Board Chair to join you and fellow nonprofit leaders for a frank discussion on effective organizational leadership that begins with strong relationship between the Executive Director and Board Chair. Senior Consultant Guadalupe Guajardo will draw upon over 30 years’ experience in different nonprofit leadership capacities to involve participants in an interactive exploration of effective leadership dynamics. The discussion will focus on strategies to build solid working relationships between Executive Directors and their Board Chairs that lead to effective board management and governance.

About the Presenter

A nonprofit consultant for over 25 years, Guadalupe specializes in organizational development, boards and governance, leadership development, and cultural competency. Guadalupe holds a PhD. in Transformative Learning and Change from the California Institute of Integral Studies, an MA/ABS in Organization Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, and an MA in Theology from Mt.
