Born and raised in Oregon, Deb has worked as a passionate grant program manager for most of her career. Prior to joining Travel Oregon, Deb represented the Northern Willamette Valley as a Program Officer for the Oregon Community Foundation for three years. Previously, Deb worked as the Education Coordinator at the Oregon Arts Commission for thirteen years after a career as a nonprofit teaching artist in theatre. With a background in arts education, equitable grantmaking practices and program evaluation, Deb manages Travel Oregon's Competitive Grant program, allocating 10% of the organization's annual budget to enhance, expand and promote the tourism industry in this beautiful state. Born and raised in Oregon, Deb holds a Nonprofit Program Evaluation Certificate (Portland State University), a MFA in Theatre for Youth (Arizona State University) and a BA in theatre (University of Portland.)

Angela is a proud member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. She has a passion for working with her Tribe, and is a volunteer on the Tribal Member Review Board, providing support for Tribal youth in foster care. Angela was born and raised in Oregon and grew up in the Salem area. She received a BS in Psychology and an MS in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University. Prior to joining the Spirit Mountain Community Fund, Angela worked at Spirit Mountain Casino for nearly 19 years. She has experience in Human Resources, Corporate Finance, Marketing and Information Technology. Family is an important part of Angela’s life. She raised three children and is now cherishing precious moments with her grandson. Angela is so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with non-profit partners, and to witness their dedication, compassion and commitment to making a difference in their communities.

Molly joined the Willamette Health Council team as the Community Investments Coordinator in January 2024. Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Molly is a true Oregonian at heart. A proud Oregon State University alum, Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus in creative writing in 2020. Having worked for several years in the hospitality industry (and even completing an internship as a Character Performer at Walt Disney World), Molly has since utilized the skills earned from her English degree as a communications professional, primarily in higher education. Within her work, Molly enjoys thinking outside of the box, and she is passionate about utilizing methods of creative thinking in professional spaces. She is thrilled to have made the pivot into Public Health whilst doing her part to help improve the overall wellbeing of our community. In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, researching theme park history, and participating in local musical theatre productions.

As Meyer Memorial Trust's first vice president of impact, Kimberly Melton oversees all of Meyer's programmatic, grant operations, learning and evaluation, and communications work. Kim has more than a decade of experience leading teams and complex projects, working alongside stakeholders to build community-wide plans. As chief of staff to former Multnomah County chair, Deborah Kafoury, she was responsible for developing the office’s overall policy agenda, overseeing the county’s policy offices, special projects and budget process. As a senior advisor, Kim also led policy initiatives to transform the county’s investments in immigration, youth programs and culturally specific services. Kim began her professional career as a journalist in New Orleans, Louisiana and joined The Oregonian in 2004, where she covered education, state government and politics. She holds a Masters in Journalism from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelors in African and African American Studies from Stanford University.

Yvette Rhodes works with rural organizations seeking grants and supports grant recipients. She is part of the Open Grants review team, including Technical Assistance and Good Neighbor grants, including large capital projects that fall under the Community funding priority. She has been part of The Ford Family Foundation staff since 2003, working with the Rural Community Building team and now with the Community Economic Development team. Yvette holds deep and holistic institutional Foundation knowledge and relationships; she is something of a program historian. “The communities we are working with now in a deep way were places where we supported leaders more than 15 years ago,” she says. Before joining the Foundation, Yvette worked with students, job seekers, and employers through Umpqua Training and Employment in Roseburg.
