The Polk County Nonprofit Resource Roundup is an opportunity for nonprofit staff, board, and volunteers to meet funders, learn about valuable tools and resources for Oregon nonprofits, and connect with other community members.

Work Session: Assessing Your Organization’s Health and Vital Signs

After the funders panel and discussion, participants will work together through a facilitated discussion and an assessment tool (NAO’s Nonprofit Health Check) to identify areas where you can improve your work and connect to resources that can help you become more effective in serving your mission. Together we’ll explore indicators of health in a nonprofit across the following areas:

  • Board Governance
  • Business Planning
  • People and Systems
  • Engaging Community
