  • Member Price: $175.00
  • Non-member Price: $235.00

About this event

In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, building a culture where everyone belongs and is empowered to be a leader is critical.

What is a servant leader? The term servant leader describes a leadership style and philosophy that prioritizes the growth and well-being of others.

If you’re an executive director of a nonprofit or serve on its board and want to lead tangible improvements in your organization’s performance and culture, join us for this immersive five-week cohort! Together, we’ll discover how servant leadership can effectively resolve conflict, face and overcome challenges, and equip and inspire you to foster Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) within your organization.

Through a combination of facilitated discussions, peer learning sessions, and practical exercises, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how servant leadership can create a sense of belonging and facilitate the work of sustaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. This practical approach will leave you feeling confident and prepared to implement new strategies in your organization, empowering you to make a real difference.

Space is limited. Interested participants must register by 5 p.m. on July 19
