From cultivating prospective board members to expressing gratitude to those finishing their term, this comprehensive workshop covers every aspect of board development. It equips you with the skills to build a robust and resilient leadership pipeline for your organization’s sustainable growth and impact.

Participants will explore a practical multi-step process for board development, which can be adapted and implemented non-sequentially to meet each organization’s unique needs and capacity. They will be encouraged to prioritize their organization’s primary board development need(s) and sketch a preliminary outline of an actionable board development plan.
