Learn moreThe relationship between an organization’s Board Chair and its Executive Director can propel an organization toward success or create challenges that negatively impact it. This session will provide a rubric for understanding the crucial partnership between Board Chairs and Executive Directors. It will emphasize best practices, effective communication strategies, team-building ideas, and suggestions for managing challenging situations within this partnership. Participants will be encouraged to share ideas with their peers and reflect on their next steps. The goal is to support participants with knowledge, tools, and insights that will help foster a collaborative and effective Board/Executive Director team.
