About this event
For interpreters and anyone who works around or with interpreters and/or people needing interpretation.
In this session, we will:
- Explore the framework of interpreting
- Share and exchange interpreting tools/techniques to reduce interpreting error
- Improve access to services for limited English speakers
- Think critically about our role as interpreters, how we work with interpreters, and ultimately how we honor the voices of those who are limited English speaking
