Meetings, large and small, are an ever-present opportunity to bring people together to solve real problems, develop innovative ideas, advance shared goals, and build relationships across organizations and communities. But have you ever felt like you didn’t get anything done because, “you were in meetings all day”? Too often, we dread meetings because we don’t understand the purpose, our role is unclear, or we don’t have the structure in place to be productive together. You are invited to step back and re-envision how meetings can help you accomplish your goals with joy, engagement from your colleagues, and a deep sense of purpose. In this interactive webinar, we will consider why meetings often fail and then use a guided process to makeover a meeting you lead.
