- Define when it does and doesn’t make sense to focus on earned income
- Identify unused or underutilized capacities
- Plan and manage the development of appropriate business models for contributed and earned income
Consciously or not, a business model lies behind every nonprofit's approach to generating income and directing resources toward achieving its mission. Whether your current model depends primarily on donations and grants, or generates significant support through fees, product sales, or contracts for services, this presentation will stimulate new ideas for refining your core strategies to generate contributed and earned revenue for your organization. Learn how you can help board and staff leaders guide investment of limited resources to increase your nonprofit's capacity to sustain and enhance its most important work.
