Description:
An equity lens is a tool which provides a process for analyzing and
diagnosing the impact of the design and implementation of policies, practices
and procedures on under-served and marginalized individuals and groups. This
tool will assist in identifying and eliminating potential barriers to DEI.
In this training participants will:
- Learn how to propose an Equity Lens for their organization
- Learn what it means to lead with an equity lens.
- Learn the four critical components of an equity lens.
- Learn practical ways to apply the lens in the 3 P's (policy, practice, and procedure).
