Effective nonprofit leadership directly impacts an organization’s ability to fulfill its mission, achieve strategic priorities, steward resources effectively, and build financial sustainability. Nonprofit Financial Leadership Academy is a 7-week course that helps organizational leaders budget more strategically, engage their board and staff in the process, develop effective revenue strategies, and plan for the future.
 
The next cohort starts October 25 from 9am-12pm PST via Zoom and meets weekly on Wednesdays until December 13 (we will skip the week of Thanksgiving).
